Returns:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, tags attached, or defective merchandise purchased on our site for a merchandise credit within 7 days of original purchase date. In order to keep shipping costs minimal, buyers are responsible for any return shipping fees. 

 

You will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition plus a $8 shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item back to you. Thank you for understanding. 

 

Any "SALE" items or "FINAL SALE" items cannot be returned. All accessories are final sale. 

 

HOW TO RETURN:

1. Email us at louiseandmaeboutique@gmail.com before shipping back. 

2. Ship your return item back using any postage you would like. 

3. Your refund of merchandise credit will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your package.
